Thương vụ trái phiếu nghìn tỷ hé lộ ông lớn đứng sau Thành Công

Việc một doanh nghiệp xa lạ với phần đông thị trường bất ngờ hút nguồn tiền khủng lên đến 1.000 tỷ đồng qua kênh trái phiếu làm dấy lên câu hỏi: Giới chủ của Thành Công là ai?

Theo thông tin từ Sở GDCK Hà Nội (HNX), Công ty TNHH Xây dựng và đầu tư Dịch vụ Thương mại Thành Công (Thành Công) trong khoảng thời gian từ 14/8 đến 20/8/2020 đã phát hành 5 đợt trái phiếu với mã THAL2023001-005 có tổng giá trị 1.000 tỷ đồng. Lô trái phiếu này có kỳ hạn 3 năm, danh sách trái chủ không được công bố.

Dù bất ngờ huy động nguồn tiền khủng từ kênh trái phiếu và có lịch sử khá lâu đời khi được thành lập từ cuối năm 2005, song Thành Công lại là cái tên còn lạ lẫm trên thị trường.

Theo tìm hiểu của Nhadautu.vn, công ty này hoạt động chính trong lĩnh vực kiến trúc và tư vấn kỹ thuật, trụ sở chính đặt tại số 1C phố Tràng Tiền, phường Tràng Tiền, quận Hoàn Kiếm, TP. Hà Nội. Số vốn điều lệ ban đầu của Thành Công ở mức 100 tỷ đồng, cổ đông sáng lập gồm Công ty TNHH Thung Lũng Vua (70%), bà Lê Thị Thanh Hương (25,5%) và Nguyễn Thị Thanh Dung (4,5%).

Tháng 3/2016, Thành Công tăng vốn lên mức 300 tỷ đồng và giữ nguyên cho đến hiện tại, song cơ cấu cổ đông lại thay đổi, theo đó, tại ngày 22/6/2020 cổ đông của công ty này gồm CTCP Đầu tư dịch vụ Bất động sản Victoria (Victoria SRI, 27,6%), Thung Lũng Vua (nắm giữ 70% VĐL) và Quách Minh Cường (nắm giữ 2,3% VĐL). Chủ tịch HĐQT của Thành Công là ông Quách Minh Cường (SN 1978), tổng số nhân viên của công ty này cũng chỉ vỏn vẹn 5 người.

Trong đó, Victoria SRI được thành lập vào tháng 3/2014 trụ sở chính đặt tại TP.HCM, hoạt động chính trong lĩnh vực kinh doanh bất động sản và quyền sử dụng đất, quy mô vốn điều lệ tại ngày 11/12/2017 ở mức 126 tỷ đồng. Chủ tịch HĐQT là ông Lê Quyết Thắng (SN 1980).

Còn cổ đông lớn Thung Lũng Vua hiện có quy mô vốn điều lệ 1.500 tỷ đồng và là một mắt xích quan trọng trong hệ sinh thái của một tập đoàn lớn tại Hà Nội.

Thung Lũng Vua được biết đến nhiều khi là chủ đầu tư dự án sân Golf Quốc tế Đảo Vua và dự án mở rộng 18 hố golf tại sân golf quốc tế Đảo Vua tại Đồng Mô, xã Sơn Đông, thị xã Sơn Tây, TP. Hà Nội. Trước đó, doanh nghiệp này cũng được nhắc đến nhiều qua thương vụ mua cổ phần Intimex Việt Nam từ SCIC vào cuối năm 2015.

Ngoài ra, dữ liệu Nhadautu.vn còn cho thấy, trước khi thực hiện thương vụ trái phiếu trên thì vào ngày 10/8/2020, Thành Công đã đăng ký đảm bảo tài sản tại Ngân Hàng TMCP Phát Triển TP.HCM Chi nhánh Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nội.
