Chungxe là nền tảng chia sẻ xe cá nhân bằng ứng dụng công nghệ giúp việc thuê và chia sẻ xe diễn ra nhanh chóng, minh bạch.
Là một trong 25 startup nổi bật trong cuộc thi Bình chọn Startup Việt do VnExpress tổ chức, dự án của CEO Hoàng Hồng Minh giúp khách hàng có nhu cầu thuê xe tự lái (ôtô, xe máy) kết nối với đơn vị cho thuê xe và cá nhân có xe nhàn rỗi thông qua website hoặc ứng dụng di động.
Trước Startup Việt 2018, Chungxe được bình chọn là Ứng dụng nổi bật trong tháng của Cafe khởi nghiệp (VTV) tháng 3/2018, giải Nhất cuộc thi Hackathon về Giao thông thông minh do AngelHack tháng 7/2018 và Top 20 Cuộc thi khởi nghiệp đổi mới sáng tạo trong lĩnh vực du lịch (HIST).
VnExpress có buổi trao đổi với CEO Hoàng Hồng Minh – sáng lập viên dự án Chungxe để tìm hiểu sâu hơn về dự án này.
– Ý tưởng xây dựng dự án Chungxe xuất phát từ đâu?
– Tiền thân của dự án Chungxe là Otosharing phát triển cách đây một năm, với mục tiêu kết nối những người có xe nhàn rỗi, xe cá nhân với người có nhu cầu thuê xe tự lái. Ý tưởng này bắt đầu từ việc xe cá nhân của tôi ít khi dùng, cảm thấy lãng phí và muốn cho thuê. Tôi có nhu cầu cho thuê xe linh động theo ngày, giờ mình trống chứ không cố định vì vẫn có nhu cầu vào cuối tuần.

Trên thế giới, các ứng dụng chia sẻ xe rất phổ biến. Ở Mỹ, Turo, Zipcar… đã có 7 – 8 năm nay. Song ở Việt Nam, nhận thấy chưa có một ứng dụng như vậy, tôi đã bắt tay vào thực hiện dự án để lấp đầy khoảng trống này.
– Trong quá trình vận hành, dự án đã gặp phải những khó khăn, thách thức gì?
– Sau khi triển khai mô hình giữa cá nhân với cá nhân (peer-to-peer carsharing), dự án bộc lộ những hạn chế. Mặc dù nhận được nhiều yêu cầu từ các chủ xe, khách hàng thuê nhưng khi kiểm tra phản hồi, tỷ lệ thành công rất thấp.
Thực tế, xe ôtô là tài sản khá lớn với người Việt Nam. Các chủ xe không sẵn sàng cho người không quen biết thuê xe, nếu không có đơn vị thứ ba đứng ra bảo đảm cho họ.
Chúng tôi chỉ là đơn vị công nghệ giúp kết nối cá nhân với cá nhân, chưa đủ sức đứng ra quản lý rủi ro và không có nghiệp vụ và tiềm lực đảm bảo. Đó cũng là lý do nhiều công ty nước ngoài, các startup khó áp dụng mô hình này tại Việt Nam.
Tháng 4/2018, đội ngũ của chúng tôi đã hợp tác với Dichung – một trong những doanh nghiệp xã hội Việt Nam chuyên cung cấp dịch vụ đặt xe trực tuyến kết nối khách hàng, các hãng taxi và xe hợp đồng để tạo nên Chungxe.
Tương tự Booking.com trong ngành khách sạn, Chungxe làm việc với các đối tác có xe để đưa xe lên hệ thống. Qua đó, khách hàng dễ dàng tìm kiếm, so sánh giá, đặt, thanh toán… Ngoài ôtô, Chungxe định hướng mở rộng phát triển nền tảng cho thuê cả xe máy vì nhận thấy nhu cầu của khách khá nhiều.
– Anh có thể mô tả hình thức công nghệ được áp dụng trong dự án này?
– Chungxe định hướng là công ty công nghệ trong lĩnh vực vận chuyển. Theo đó, hệ thống website, ứng dụng phát triển dựa trên công nghệ Big Data và AI để xác định thông tin đối tượng cho thuê xe. Bởi nếu người thuê xe là đối tượng bị vỡ nợ, thua cá độ, nghiện hút…, tiềm ẩn nhiều rủi ro trong thực hiện giao dịch, xe có nguy cơ bị cắm, thay đồ.

Thông tin được tổng hợp lên hệ thống, có chấm điểm khách hàng, từ đó cung cấp cho các đối tác cho thuê căn cứ xác minh. Ngoài các giấy tờ như hộ khẩu, CMND…, đối tác có thêm đánh giá khách hàng có đủ tin cậy hay không qua lịch sử giao dịch.
Bên cạnh đó, chúng tôi cũng áp dụng công nghệ blockchain trong truy xuất nguồn gốc xe. Khi người cho thuê xe và khách hàng gặp nhau sẽ kí kết hợp đồng. Blockchain quản lý hợp đồng thuê xe và những vấn đề phát sinh ở xe đó nên rất minh bạch.
Tôi cũng ấp ủ việc áp dụng công nghệ blockchain khác là ICO, liên quan đến phát hành tiền ảo giúp khách hàng tích lũy điểm, sử dụng ví điện tử trong thanh toán giao dịch trên nền tảng Chungxe.
Ngoài ra, một công nghệ hay có thể áp dụng trong lĩnh vực này là iOT (internet vạn vật) giúp quản lý tài sản xe. Theo đó, Chungxe không những cung cấp nền tảng cho hai bên mà còn mang tới công cụ quản lý tài sản.
Ngoài thiết bị định vị xe (GPS) sẵn có, chúng tôi dự kiến cung cấp hệ thống điều khiển động cơ từ xa giúp đối tác có thể khoanh vùng được. Ví dụ, khách thuê xe đi trong vòng bán kính 200 km, vượt qua bán kính đó động cơ sẽ tự động tắt, không thể đi ra ngoài phạm vi đó.
Trong tương lai, Chungxe định hướng phát triển hình thức cho thuê xe một nơi và trả tại một nơi khác. Bạn có thể thuê xe ở Hà Nội vào Đà Nẵng, để xe ở Đà Nẵng, sau đó bắt máy bay về hoặc đi đến nơi khác, không cần quay lại vị trí thuê, không cần thủ tục rườm rà.
– Trong quá trình khởi nghiệp, những giây phút nào khiến anh cảm thấy nản lòng nhất?
– Tôi từng mất đến vài tháng “vật vã” khi chưa tìm được những cộng sự đi cùng. Khi thương hiệu chưa được nhiều người biết tới, việc tuyển dụng cũng không dễ dàng gì. Có rất ít cộng sự giỏi sẵn sàng chấp nhận một mức lương thấp và đồng hành cùng mình.
May mắn là tôi cũng đã tìm được những bạn thực sự tâm huyết với sản phẩm và muốn phát triển dự án cùng mình. Tôi nghĩ đây là vấn đề startup nào cũng phải đối mặt.

Một trong những phương châm tôi rất tâm đắc là nguyên tắc tối thiểu hoá sự hối tiếc của Jeff Bezos, Founder và CEO Amazon. Nếu không thực hiện, tôi sợ rằng một lúc nào đó sẽ cảm thấy tiếc nuối vì những gì chưa làm.
