4. Quản trị rủi ro

Một giám đốc điều hành đúng nghĩa phải biết giảm thiểu những sự bất ổn và các yếu tố gây biến động cho công ty. Điều này sẽ giúp công ty trở nên thu hút hơn trong mắt khách hàng cũng như đối tác. Giảm thiểu rủi ro cũng là cách tiết kiệm tiền cho tổ chức. Bên cạnh đó, một công ty ổn định sẽ là nơi làm việc hấp dẫn đối với nhiều người.

5. Chịu trách nhiệm với chủ sở hữu

Chủ sở hữu có thể là những cá nhân sở hữu hợp pháp như cổ đông, hoặc nếu hiểu theo nghĩa rộng hơn, có thể bao gồm cả những người quan tâm đến tầm nhìn và mục tiêu của công ty.
