Công ty Cổ phần Vinhomes thuộc Tập đoàn Vingroup đã có văn bản để xuất với tỉnh Hà Tĩnh cho khảo sát, nghiên cứu lập quy hoạch dự án khu nghỉ dưỡng Kỳ Ninh rộng 24ha thuộc Khu kinh tế Vũng Áng.

Trước đó, Tập đoàn Vingroup đã để xuất với tỉnh Hà Tĩnh cho khảo sát, nghiên cứu lập quy hoạch để đầu tư xây dựng nhà máy sản xuất ô tô và linh kiện kết hợp cảng biển  tại Khu kinh tế Vũng Áng bao gồm nhà máy sản xuất ô tô Vinfast, chuỗi nhà máy sản xuất linh kiện phụ trợ cho công nghiệp ô tô và thiết bị nghe nhìn công nghệ cao.

Cùng với đó, Vingroup sẽ xây dựng cảng biển tổng hợp và khu logistics để phục vụ nhu cầu vận tải biển cho nhà máy, xây dựng khu du lịch khách sạn….

Dự án có quy mô 2.000ha tại Khu kinh tế Vũng Áng thuộc Thị xã Kỳ Anh. Trong đó, diện tích đất liền là 1.500ha, diện tích mặt nước biển là 500ha.

Dự kiến giai đoạn 1 sẽ xây dựng trong 2 năm kể từ khi có giấy phép xây dựng, giai đoạn 2 sẽ xây dựng sau khi giai đoạn 1 vận hành từ 3-5 năm.

Theo Vinhomes, sau khi dự án nhà máy sản xuất ô tô và linh kiện kết hợp cảng biển đi vào hoạt động sẽ giải quyết việc làm cho hàng chục ngàn lao động. Ngoài ra, dân cư các vùng lân cận sẽ tham gia vào các chuỗi dịch vụ của dự án. Do đó, nhu cầu về cơ sở vật chất, dịch vụ nghỉ dưỡng cho người lao động và người dân vùng phụ cận là rất cần thiết.

Vinhomes đề xuất với UBND tỉnh Hà Tĩnh cho phép khảo địa điểm, lập quy hoạch để đầu tư xây dựng Khu nghỉ dưỡng phục vụ khu công nghiệp và dân cư lân cận với dự án nghỉ dưỡng Kỳ Ninh tại xã Kỳ Ninh thuộc Khu kinh tế Vũng Áng, thị xã Kỳ Anh, tỉnh Hà Tĩnh.

Theo kế hoạch, dự án có tổng diện tích 24ha do Vinhomes làm chủ đầu tư. Dự án sẽ hoàn thành sau 2 năm kể từ khi có giấy phép xây dựng.

Công ty Cổ phần Vinhomes cam kết sẽ đẩy nhanh các bước khảo sát, nghiên cứu và triển khai đầu tư xây dựng dự án theo đúng quy định.

Được biết, Công ty Cổ phần Vinhomes hiện là một trong 2 nhà đầu tư trúng sơ tuyển dự án Khu đô thị Hàm Nghi có tổng mức đầu tư 23.545 tỷ đồng (khoảng 1 tỷ USD) tại TP. Hà Tĩnh.
