Đặc biệt, lần đầu tiên tại thành phố Vinh, khách hàng sẽ chỉ cần thanh toán 25% giá trị nhà ở để ký HĐMB không phải thanh toán gốc và lãi lên đến 12 tháng nhờ chính sách hỗ trợ lãi suất và ân hạn nợ gốc, góp phần giảm áp lực tài chính cho gia chủ.

Nằm trên tuyến đường Lê Mao kéo dài kết nối Quốc lộ 1A, Vinh Heritage gồm ba phân khu chính Giáng Hương, Ruby, Hoàng Yến với 482 căn nhà liền kề, shophouse, biệt thự song lập và biệt thự đơn lập. Dự án được xem là biểu tượng sống thời thượng tại thành Vinh.
