Thông tin từ Ban chỉ đạo Quốc gia phòng, chống dịch COVID-19 cho biết tính tới 6 giờ ngày 28/7, Việt Nam có tổng cộng 431 ca mắc COVID-19, trong đó 276 ca nhiễm nhập cảnh được cách ly ngay.
Tính đến sáng 28/7, Việt Nam ghi nhận tổng cộng 431 ca mắc Covid-19, trong đó 365 bệnh nhân đã được điều trị khỏi.
Trong số người bệnh đang tiếp tục theo dõi và điều trị có 61 người dương tính với virus SARS-CoV-2.
Tổng số người tiếp xúc gần và nhập cảnh từ vùng dịch đang được theo dõi sức khỏe (cách ly): 15.033, trong đó: Cách ly tập trung tại bệnh viện: 322, cách ly tập trung tại cơ sở khác: 12.458, cách ly tại nhà, nơi lưu trú: 2.253
Theo báo cáo của Tiểu ban Điều trị, Ban chỉ đạo Quốc gia phòng, chống dịch Covid-19: Số ca âm tính lần 1 với SARS-CoV-2: 2 ca, số ca âm tính lần 2 trở lên với SARS-CoV-2: 3 ca.
Tại buổi hội chẩn quốc gia ngày hôm qua, các chuyên gia đã nghe báo cáo về 2 trường hợp BN 416 và BN 418.
Theo đó BN 416, 57 tuổi, được chẩn đoán viêm đường hô hấp cấp do nhiễm SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) – hội chứng suy hô hấp cấp tiến triển – sốc nhiễm khuẩn. Bệnh nhân đã được đặt ECMO (ECMO tĩnh mạch – tĩnh mạch, phổi nhân tạo) ngày thứ 4; tiếp tục được lọc máu và thở máy hỗ trợ.
Hiện, các chỉ số và chức năng trong phạm vi kiểm soát, nhưng tiên lượng rất nặng, nguy cơ tử vong cao, khả năng vẫn tiếp tục thở máy, ECMO phổi nhân tạo, lọc máu liên tục.
Đối với BN 418, nam, 61 tuổi, được chẩn đoán viêm đường hô hấp cấp nặng do nhiễm SARS-CoV 2 (COVID-19) – trên bệnh nhân tăng huyết áp, đái tháo đường type 2, biến chứng suy hô hấp, suy tim, tổn thương thận cấp, tiên lượng rất nặng, tiếp tục thở máy và lọc máu liên tục.
Theo đánh giá của các chuyên gia, BN 418 nặng hơn BN 416 vì tuổi cao, mắc các bệnh nền như tăng huyết áp, đái tháo đường nhiều năm, bệnh nhân nhiễm toan nặng, tổn thương thận biểu hiện rõ, bạch cầu tăng, cần xem xét thực hiện ECMO.
